1. Educational Disclaimer

BioHelp UK is a revision aid designed to support your studies. However:

• We are not a replacement for your school or official textbooks.
• While we strive for complete accuracy, Biology is a complex subject and exam board specifications change. We cannot guarantee that all information is 100% error-free or up-to-date at all times.
• We accept no liability for your official exam results. Your grades are the result of your own hard work and performance on the day.

2. Accounts and Fair Use

When you create an account via Google, you agree to provide accurate information to help us serve the correct content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to scrape our database, or disrupt our servers.

3. Free access and accounts

Topic practice, quizzes, clues and explanations are free to use without an account. Signing in is optional and is used to save progress, scores and mistakes between sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

The questions, simulations, source code, and design of this site are the intellectual property of BioHelp UK. You may not copy, distribute, scrape, or reverse-engineer our content or tools without written permission.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes.
